AV. FATMIR BRAKA

Av. Fatmir Braka specializes in Criminal Law and Sports & Media Law, both advising clients and representing them in court, including in the context of international transactions. He also handles commercial, banking and financial litigation matters. He mainly advises financial institutions, high profile individuals as well as Albanian and foreign industrial groups and services providers.
Admitted to the Tirana Bar since 1992, he is a prominent authority in criminal matters. He founded the firm after more than fifteen years of successful legal practice first as an Investigator, Judge and later as a Prosecutor and has served as Lecturer of Criminal Law at the High School of Magistrates in Tirana. Since 2001 Fatmir Braka is elected, for a consecutive third term, Chairman of the Tirana Bar Association and member of the Albanian Helsinki Committee.  From 2012 he is also the Chairman of the Ethics Committee at the Albanian Football Association. Fatmir Braka contributes periodically for the Official Gazette of Advocates, and is co author of the Lawyers Ethics Code.
